Jack B. Boidman

Mr. Boidman joined Sweibel Novek in 2002.  His practice focuses primarily on commercial and corporate matters, including shareholder agreements, partnerships, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, financings, administration of estates, as well as the preparation of contracts.

Mr. Boidman also has considerable experience in commercial litigation and disputes.

Prior to associating himself with Sweibel Novek, Mr. Boidman was a senior partner with Brisset Bishop, a law firm specializing in transportation law.  He still continues to represent clients in the maritime and freight forwarding industry.
