Konstantinos Voggas

Since joining Sweibel Novek in 2002, Mr. Voggas has been extensively involved in all aspects of income tax and sales tax litigation.  He is regularly called upon to represent clients in negotiations with the federal and provincial tax authorities and in proceedings before the federal and provincial courts.

Prior to joining Sweibel Novek, Mr. Voggas worked as a law clerk at the Tax Court of Canada assisting the Judges and supernumerary Judges with matters relating to appeals arising under the Income Tax Act, the Excise Tax Act (G.S.T.), the Employment Insurance Act, and the Canada Pension Plan.

Mr. Voggas is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation (CTF) and the Association de Planification Fiscale et Financière (APFF).
